We are looking for someone who has built a solid foundation in product development and now wants to take a larger role in how the development work is driven, coordinated, and brought to completion.

Here you will work in a technically leading company with advanced products and development projects where you become an important part of the whole – from early concepts and solution proposals to follow-up, verification, and further development.

In this role, you will be a key person in development projects where you work closely with both technology and people. You will collaborate with several parts of the organization – for example, design, software, electronics, production, and purchasing, contributing to creating progress, structure, and quality in the delivery.

This is a role for you who want to combine your technical understanding with greater responsibility – where you get to influence how the work is planned, prioritized, and executed in practice.

• Drive and coordinate technical activities in development projects

• Be a natural link between different areas of expertise and stakeholders

• Support the team in structure, progress, and quality in the development work

• Contribute to requirements work, documentation, and decision support

• Identify challenges early and turn them into solutions and next steps

• Work closely with both details and the big picture – depending on what the project requires

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in product development and who has worked in environments where there are demands for structure, collaboration, and technical quality. You are curious, take responsibility, and thrive when you can combine analysis with practical implementation.

• Have a technical background and engineering education (or equivalent)

• Have a few years of experience in product development

• Thrive in a role where you can take more responsibility, coordinate, and drive the work forward

• Are communicative and used to collaborating broadly in cross-functional environments

• Are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy making things happen

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

The position may involve working in an environment with special security requirements. This means that you may need to undergo a security clearance according to applicable regulations.
